i asked on all sides and never got an answer, you are here longer than me so maybe you know. what did https://steemd.com/@mottler did to steem, how he attacked it, and with who's funds was he messing with? or did steem witnesses just seen an opportunity to take over 2M steem from an account that was not active for 4 years.
