How This Benefits all Bob’s Repair Users

​As we continue our push for nationwide brand recognition and growth, we have found the urgency to open physical Bob’s Repair centers in key regions spread out across the United States.

Major HVAC companies operating in our region have been able to reach up to $100,000 USD per day in revenue. We at Bob’s Repair strive to achieve tremendous revenues as we are in one of the most lucrative and in-demand industries in the world.

By opening our first regional center in Nevada we have been able to increase the company’s revenues for each worker’s job. Sample increases per job completed are, for example, from $75 USD to $175 USD; or from $250 USD to $450 USD.

The reason why a regional center is key to raising revenues is that it allows our staff to follow every single job, which in turn allows us to closely monitor contractors’ progress, fulfill 20–40% more of the jobs we receive, collect more money from each worker per job and make profits on parts and materials.

Bob’s Repair Regional Centers function in a similar way to UBER offices placed throughout the nation. These centers are essential to nationwide market penetration, brand recognition, customer satisfaction and controlled growth.

  1. Answering calls from customers/clients, processing them, and then assigning the best local worker to the job. Close relationships with all of our customers ensure highly-tailored services and high satisfaction.

  2. Dispatching jobs to workers that we carefully vet and onboard individually. This ensures that contractors perform high-quality work, present themselves well and build an outstanding relationship with our customers, on behalf of Bob’s Repair. A high customer satisfaction rate is key to growing the Bob’s Repair brand correctly throughout the United States.

  3. Collecting payments from contractors allows our dispatch team to meet contractors regularly and gives contractors trust and reassurance in our relationship with them.
