Interesting. Is this model predicting future performance based on a few months of past results or more of a Monte Carlo simulation based on the probability of future events? Any guesses on price movement are purely speculative.

It's based on intuition and past events. I don't like to rely on too much theory (Monte Carlo models, etc) but more on how i perceive patterns.
I must say i haven't yet miscalculated in a way i would loose money. Even from 2008 stock crash i profited (unfortunately back then i did not have so much money to invest).
