Bebo is still in beta but I encourage all Steem developers to check it out and work to integrate Steem Power and Steem Dollars into the platform. This would help increase demand for both platforms.

An article I wrote with some back story. Bebo is the new incarnation but it's beta so I cannot give any detailed analysis more than you can. I can say Blab was a huge success, more successful than anything in the cryptospace.
