Well marinated pork belly.
I marinated this meat before the new year celebtation at 2018, and roast it in 2019.. Wow.. A year of marination.. Haha.. Actually 9 days in the freezer..
We didn't managed to finish this meat during the new year... So can you imagine all the spices and ingredient going all into the meat...?
1 hour in the oven, seeang it change colour from white to brown.. Then it's time for dinner..
It's juicy and taste simply marvelous..
