More value than STEEM? Really? R U Mad?
What have more value than STEEM? If you are real STEEMer you will definitely answer “Nothing!..” But there is only one thing which you cannot buy for your STB yet … May be 50-100 year later… Not now. Yeah – it is your health or I can say more – it is you feeling of wellbeing.
I have huge experience in western and oriental medicine, Aikido, Tensegrity®, yoga and I wish to share some knowledge in the field of osur health with you in here the STEEMit.
Lesson 001:
As I think, the most important advice is: YOU SHOULD DRINK ENOUGH PLAIN WATER! It is as simple as complicated at the same time.
What, how and when:
- Pure water/preferably natural, from glass bottles.
- Coffee, tea, soda etc. are not water!!! Remember this. Cells of the body cannot work in the coffee environment for example) - You can drink water melted from ice.
- Drink water just after you woke up (at least one glass).
- Drink water 15-30 min before you go do your physical exercises (any).
- Drink water during the day. The best way if you always have a bottle with water with you. Put it on your desk, put it in your bag and your body will ask for some.
- It is better to drink 1.5-2l every day but please do it gradually. It is not good to start drinking water from 2L a day from tomorrow. Not good for you kidneys.
PRO TIP: Investigate/Protect yourself!
Count you daily water intake: cups of tea, coffee, glasses of water, bottles of soda. It is interesting to know how much fluid you drink a day.

Give yourself the promise:
tomorrow just after you will get up from your bed you will drink 1-2 glasses of plain water. Please, write your comments about your feelings just after. Your body is wiser than you think.
