Can trees be considered a liquid?

It has been said in the past, that glass is a liquid. Glass has been thoroughly studied and debated over. Glass is neither and both at the same time.

But let's talk about... Trees!

Trees are alive, yes. But just look at them sometime. They flow and grow, over and around objects. What else on Earth does that? Oh yeah, liquids do that!

Curious specimens.

I do realize I think about strange things.
