How Could Steemit Grow Faster, Get More Fair, All Steemers Richer And Motivated (Or Steemit And The Direct Marketing)

What’s hot on Steemit?
Famous people just joined to Steemit, wrote an article to introduce themselves and get richer. Steemers upvote them, cause of their followers and their reputation outside the community. Was there any content or not? Are their followers joined on Steemit really? Are we all have an equal start here in Steemit? Is that fair or not? So many questions …

I don’t complain, always trying to be positive. So I suppose a solution. Steemit and the direct marketing. I think it’s not necessary to explain the revolution and success of the direct marketing.
What exactly I mean? A REFERENCE KEY. When somebody decides to register on Steemit, he / she has to fill who brought him / her here. Immediately the new account get several SP. And if the reference account get some % of these SP, he actually will be paid for, and of course motivated for more results.

I spoke to my friend about an idea and he said that he have already seen it in a new social network. So if it works, why don’t we implement it to Steemit? It’s not about a new application, but improving the concept of the Steemit to grow even faster and more fair. Famous people will be paid for their outside reputation more fairly. Marketing Steemit will not be only at the shared picture of the another article to upvote ...

Really I like to steem, it provokes me to be creative!

Nice concept, this can certainly solve the issue of "famous" characters bringing or not the followers they have in their other social networks, since that is why they are mainly being upvoted for.

.

Today we've seen first arrogant star explaining that steemit is scam!Although he made 30000$!

It's not a bad idea and I hope more people see it, although my reputation is too low.

why you give somebody money just for promising to do s.t. ?
