                  I just had a conversation the other day exactly about this. Imagine having an incentive to read and write in English right now on top of the improvement opportunity that one can get by being fluent in a major language.

                    Maybe so, but the way this system works does not incentivize those things.. it incentivizes making money, in any way possible.
