If you look at the price of STEEM right now, we have taken a bit of a dive down. If you haven't moved to Steem Dollars or Powered Up yet, DO IT NOW! Or you very likely could regret it. Playing with STEEM can get you burned if you aren't careful.
Remember, holding onto STEEM is RISKY
In the land of crypto, wild swings are common, especially with newer currencies. Steem will grow strong in the long term, but don't panic if we see this correction continue. Power UP and just focus on contributing more content, or try and play the market between Steam Dollars and Steem. Only holding onto Steem in the long term is not the best choice in my opinion.
But don't let anyone, including me, tell you what to do with your money.

We just experienced like a >2000% price increase... don't be too greedy =/ Just look at Ethereum's recent history. Massive spike up in price, massive spike down. This is crypto-land, not a magical fairy woodlands with pixies that give you a forever bull-run =P

Yes, but considering Steem's growth-rate, an investment now in SP can pay off huge down the road. It also helps protect you from hackers getting your funds easily.
If you are playing the market or the short game, Steam Dollars is the way to go right this second I think. Or if you are trying to maximize the amount of STEEM you want to power up, you could try and wait for the price to drop further for a discount, but its risky incase we get a rebound.
IMO though, the step up in price we experienced was so fast, it should be healthy to see a bit of a drop continue for now. But holding Steem is dangerous at the moment.
