Does it? Gaming is already on Steemit if you check the tags you'll see that "gaming" has nearly 3000 posts and has earned 327,195.373 SBD in payouts. Maybe if the search function and tag index (or whatever it's called) were a little more obvious people would be aware of the diverse range of topics already being covered on the platform. If you doubt me check here

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
