The Tron-Steem integration has recently went live and so far it works for the most part. If you weren't aware, now on Steemit you can earn TRON at a 1:1 ratio for the amount of STEEM Power you generate through post or comment contributions. This serves as another way for Steem users to generate income by contributing to the Steem blockchain.
So far it works quite well but it does seem to be buggy. I've had an issue generating a wallet which was resolved after I used the Brave web browser. There is another known bug where if you had TRON rewards waiting for you, you would be unable to redeem the TRON after you generate a wallet, however, you can still redeem any rewards generated after creating the Tron wallet. This bug seems to affect many users on Steemit, and will likely be resolved over time.
My first impressions of the Tron-Steem integration are extremely positive. Even with the mishap with generating a wallet and with having some rewards stuck in 'limbo', the entire project idea is incredible and will bring great things to the community! I'm quite hopeful that this will help expand the use of Steem and Tron, respectively!
