Centralization and Risk

With all of the whales, orcas, minnows, and witnesses (and Tron) talking about Steemit Inc's legacy stake (referred to as a "pre-mine") and centralization of stake and legal impacts of the soft fork and what does it mean in US Law .... what are we as a community telling to the world about Steem? What are the risks that we've released to the World about the Steem blockchain?

While transparency was clearly the goal, and Community members are trying to share their knowledge with some of the less-blockchain-educated, many of these "supporters" of the Steem blockchain have done significant legwork for US regulators to wreak havoc for US citizens. There are risks to all of this rhetoric, and they don't stop with Tron's share of Steemit Inc's stake.

Let's work together for a common goal- the future of Steem, or let's stop pretending that there will be any future for Steem (with or without a hard fork).

"Steem is dead. Long live Steem."
