I’m definitely a little disappointed in the SMT timeline. It is giving up a lot of the first mover advantage that STEEM has. That being said, I realize it is much more complicated to implement than most people realize. A major change like this must be done correctly and be audited repeatedly. Rushed code could be slopy code and lead to a hack. No one wants to see what happens if there is a hack.

The timeline isn't bad, I just hope they can deliver for that date, it could also mean that's the outlook the team decides the market should pick up...What they need right now is some chart construction on Steem and a boost for the platform
