Its been 3 Days and still at 25. What gives?

Hey guys! I've been posting, following, commenting and my account hasn't budged. I also deposited some Steem as you can see in my wallet. However I saw another user with LESS everything and no Steem besides initial start and is at 30. What the heck????? Can you steemians help me out?

    93.58% of it has to do with the quality of posts. One paragraph posts, links to YouTube videos and such tend to not help in raising a reputation number. The other 6.42% is sleeping with the right people.
