For some time, I had one theory and this is the theory that made the most sense to me
"Who Ever Made The Earth... Did It For Money..."
If there's one likely commonality with streemit users, I'm going to guess
this is a culture of people willing to accept and TRY outside the box concepts.
Aliens have been a topic of conversation for a long as man can remember. Eons
ago, our forefathers from all corners of the earth had written and or oral accounts
of visitors from other planets.
I introduce to you a new sensible thought in regards to the possibility or actuality of alien
life on earth.
1st lets get on the same page on what's possible. Here is the most fascinating "theory",
story or space conspiracy, I've heard.
Black Goo
Supposedly, Black Goo is an intelligent nano-tech ‘sentient’ black (like oil) liquid, it's likely
this liquid is in EVERY planet, giving the planet consciousness and an ability to record EVERYTHING.
The 1st time I heard of this, I immediately thought back to this episode of Star Trek, the next
generation.
I remember watching this episode when it 1st aired. As a kid you are thinking it's a stretch
for some talking oil, but as you get older... it becomes obvious Hollywood has a habit of hiding
truth in plain sight.
Black Goo comes up A LOT in hollywood, most recently prometheus
Vials of black goo able to take over the host body.
Much like one of our favorite super hero villian's 'Venom'
Or Lucy's final AI transformation
There's a repeated concept of a black goo state of consciousness.
This phenomenal possibility, gets us on the same page on the far out possibilities of
aliens.
This is possible, because
We know asteroids, comets and other heavenly bodies have crashed into the earth.
If the earth exploded today, it would be logical to assume chunks of earth's rocks
with oil as we know it trapped in those rocks could end up on another planet.
Here is where I offer irrefutable LOGIC of alien life, ON EARTH
Interesting theory. Incidentally, I did watch that STNG episode and that installment of the spiderman. :-)

I remember this case of the black goo trope from a movie called "Fern Gully"
This is an idea I'd like to hear fleshed out a bit more. It might link in with some ideas about money I've been thinking about.
Nice post

greed is universal... that's a logical assumption

By the way, it's funny to see that TNG clip with Ryker looking so young. I always remember him from later seasons, with a beard. And the acting is pretty cheesy.

LOL... I always love how Riker is super confident... like he already knows he's not the one dying this episode

I like where you're going with it, but I would love to see some more extrapolation on this thought process. Could different goos, created from different races, compete? Why wouldn't they overtake planets (via a grey goo scenario) to spread instead? There's a lot of ways you could go with it. Either way, followed.

If black goo is part of the planet, then maybe another race didn't create it. Planets are alive... maybe even gender based. A female planet (black goo) most be pollenated by a male planet (black goo) to produce life.

Yes, the black goo definitely looks like that nice soup form Star Trek; as a Trekkie myself I can't say I am not proud to say - ' I knew it long way back' hehehehehe
