Solving The Testnet Problem.

Steem Users Were Sad Over The Lack Of Hard Fork Testing.

In fact there seems to be a lack of testing across the whole steem chain ecosystem. I call it The Testnet Problem. Several major Steem projects have had issues because of small testnets and the Hardfork was the most shocking. People were voicing their complaints in comments all over official Steemit accounts that discussed the latest fork.

Of course the lack of #witness testing led to more than complaints.... There was ANOTHER fork right after HF21! 2 consecutive forks. Tons of nodes down in the in-between time. All this could have been avoided by a bigger testnet.

Here is my solution to the testnet problem. Issuing tokens to people who run testnets on steem projects! If we simply reward people for running testnets more projects will get tested! If we reward testnets per user we can encourage Bigger testnets!

Clearly there aren't enough volunteer testers on steem. Now it can be a paid position! The head of the testnet will receive 50 HSPK tokens and each tester will receive 10 HSPK tokens each. The more the Hard Spork grows; the greater the wages are for being a tester!

Now hiring developers to testnet steem projects .
