I agree with you. With good marketing, even a start-up business can succeed. A good strategy will help you succeed at the beginning and compete successfully. That goes for customer service as well. Because even if you sell a quality product, but poor customer service, it ruins the company's reputation. The client will not want to communicate with unfriendly staff.
