So are we all able to powerdown immediately now or what?
Should I stop my 13 week powerdown to start a new one that will go faster now?

    I believe the change was made to 4 weeks. I haven't tested it, so yes it will go faster now.

        The message wasn't changed because the current Steem witnesses don't know how to program their blockchain, only copy/paste lol

          They were trying to do it that way, just didn't update the message. But if you are already powering down, stop your powerdown and then do it again. Regardless of the message, you'll see they really did change it to only take 4 weeks to get it all out now.
