So the comitee should decide about something what isn't defined ?

Anyway, I don't think it to be useful to discuss too many details as long as nobody is in favour of my idea ...

In case enough people would like the idea of implementing committees there still would be plenty of time to discusss many minor things.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
