steemit had inspired me to become more than what i thought i was. I cannot believe that before i started making my own ads/branding/memes i had rarely used transperency layers In my art. Personal growth and development occur often when you don’t even notice. In the fall of 2017 with some inspiration from fellow steemian skeptic i started to participate in meme creation. It was a kick. Memetic phenomena of participating in a subculture of thoughts and ideas that hold currency even if it was a fraction of steem dollar was an exhilarating experience.
Now days i find much accomplishment from creating cover art for my distributed musical tracks that show up on spotify, itunes, youtube, et, al. I have been formalizing a new genre of music aesthetics that encourage all people to use their mobile devices and create what ive coined as ELECTROGLYPH. Goal oriented, first take compositions that allow for the human touch and happy accident of an expedient process in which one would compose, record, mix..along with creating title, story all interwoven into the assembled visual artwork . And finally without much delay they would publish to steemit, youtube, or dsound. It sounds impossible but the technology is becoming so streamlined that i can testify that its here now and its very rewarding to do so. It is not so much about perfectionism, rather, the adventure, danger, and excitment of setting that goal, going with what you got, and accepting the art without overthink or negative criticism.
Hey if anyone wants to collaborate with me upon this new paradigm hollar at me. I know plenty of you have been doing this forever. Lol. Its just semantics and to see what we can do to gently start a wave of interest.
