Family roast.

Today was my turn, I delighted my family and my parents with a delicious barbecue.

I think that @comandoyeya will have to retire from being a griller, many are already commenting that my barbecue is very delicious, with this I don't mean that he doesn't cook as delicious, what I'm saying is that he can just rest and let him I take care of the richest.

This time on the grill I grilled a strip of wide rib, two legs and thighs and 3 chorizos (stuffed with cheese, spicy and Vienna). We have accompanied the roast with cassava, Yuyú salad (Papa del aire) and a delicious garlic sauce prepared by @egonz. Simply a roast, I just wanted to eat a delicious, juicy roast meat and this is how it turned out, super juicy!
