...When we pamper our clients, things work differently, seeing the client happy with the consequences of our work is priceless.

Today I want to tell you a brief story about a client: For over a year my wife has been following up with a client and I have been with her throughout the entire process. On the first occasions this lady has contacted me to buy a house, and time after time we have learned about her story, her needs and many other things.

My wife became friends with the lady, they shared stories and more. Later, the lady's daughter contacted us from France, thanking us for the quality of service to her mother, placing her trust in us as advisors. After showing her about 5 properties, the lady was still not convinced and by talking and investigating we have discovered some very important reasons why she wants to move.

Thanks to knowing much more about her situation and what she needs, we have proposed an alternative that we believe is what she really needs, an apartment in the location she wanted, close to the shops she wants and with the security and comfort she needs is what we have proposed today, now only a few more conversations with her daughter remain to move forward with the purchase and, above all, the solution that the lady needs to completely improve her quality of life.

This is just a summary of a single client, it is just a part of what allows us to achieve the work we do, earn money but above all transform people's lives by being part of their dreams.
