Steemit Taking Away Earnings on Posts
In the past two weeks on Steemit I have had 11 posts that I have invested time into creating where I received a few likes here and there and initially had received anywhere from 1-3 cents for those likes, but over the course of the 7 days waiting period for those posts to pay out they have all slowly reduced down to zero and paid out nothing.
Honestly this is just unacceptable and makes a compelling argument against using Steemit if they are going to continuously take away your earnings.
There's honestly no real incentive to use this site unless you already have a following or have paid for additional Steem Power like I recently did to see how that would change things.
Still, it's incredibly frustrating to watch some gain earnings initially just to be taken away. I'm not sure why anyone would have designed a platform in this way thinking that it would attract users and get them to want to stay.
I've written posts on this topic before in the past but I've yet to receive any meaningful answers as to why this happens and how it can be either prevented or reduced as much as possible.
Is there anyone out there that can provide some useful insight on this?
