I also think that eSteem is a great idea, but I don't know about the long road. I wouldn't want to see it go down the same path similar sites like Lockerz did, but then again Lockerz did have major differences.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
