Seriously, I can't find any tutorial or somethig, i see that option with video editing but what the file should be? Or can add it manually? If yes, how it should look like?

Propably this will work like for YouTube. In YT you have option to do sub in browser but you have also option to upload you subbitles created in *.txt file
