I have noticed many posts with irrelevant tags. The users are either not paying attention. They put the wrong tag. Take this post for example:

This is completely and uniquely about human rights. Yet its only tag is “money.” Why?
I am asking myself whether I should tag this with the relevant tags or everything I can think of.
Curators should be able to retag posts. It would help a lot.
Like this post, if enough users add in a new tag, it should display in that topic category first instead of steem. For instance:
