Let's Change the layout of this board? especially the colours?

Should be change the layour or for sure the colours of this forum? It should be more colourful and engaging?

What is this bit for? why are there 4 boxs?
It's exciting to get paid for becoming a valid member of the community but it would be nice if it was easier to see and looked more "socialble" looks a little bland although i know it is just a beta?
