PONCHE OR THE TROPICALIZED VERSION OF BAILEYS

Hi Steemiants, taking advantage of the December dates, it occurred to me to prepare a punch that will not only allow us to serve at these celebrations, but could be served at any time. The punch I bent over is a tropicalized version of Baileys, a whiskey-based cocktail, estimating an amount of 1.40 Liters.

THE INGREDIENTS

  • 8 Eggs
  • 1 Cup (white wine size) of Condensed Milk
  • 1 Cup (white wine size) of Cafe
  • 1 Whiskey Cup (white wine size)
  • 1 Shoot of milk powder
  • 1 Shoot of chocolate powder
  • 3 Tablespoons of almond essence
  • 2 Tablespoons vanilla essence

HOW TO PREPARE IT

1.- Blend the 8 eggs, approximately for 3 minutes.

2.- Gradually add the ingredients and keep liquefying continuously for 3 more minutes.

3.- Disassemble the blender and empty the contents in bottles using a funnel.

As you can see both the recipe and the procedure are very simple, once the bottles are full it is ideal to place them in the freezer, at least one day. Then it will be ready to serve cold, on the occasion you want, you can also decorate the bottle to give or present to share in a meal or just enjoy it. They must remember that it is a sweet drink, therefore it is necessary to have moderation, let it brew and as we already know we have to be very careful with drinks that contain alcohol
