Pull-ups are becoming easier and more comfortable for me, and I now weigh around 12 kg. My goal for October is to reduce my body fat to less than 10 kg. It's an attainable objective. I'll reach that goal by the end of the month if I can lose around 0.75 kg of fat per week.
I'm going to start working out early tomorrow. I usually feel more invigorated after working out early morning since the gym is less busy. My training is more productive since it's a quiet period when I can concentrate on becoming healthy without interruptions
