2. Powered Up STEEM continues to grow

The rise in Powerups is also reflected in the latest stats from @remlaps on the amount of STEEM that is powered up.

This past week has seen another rise of over a million to 136,662,881 STEEM powered up, equivalent to a value of $88,640,911.

3. World Smile Project Update

Founder @el-nailul has posted an update on current plans and progress for the World Smile Project.

The main project is the building of a house for Manuel and his family in Venezuela. The budget for the construction will be around 1,000 SBD. Fundraising is going well and the project will be starting shortly.

As well as the existing Free Education Program, @el-nailul gives some details of two new programs - the World Carbon Program and the Aquaculture and Fisheries Program...
