Just over a week ago I put a call out for a few members that wanted a mentor, I though it was a great way to further give back and help some new members figure there way out around here. I've figured out a few things while being here and may not be a total expect, but I think I know enough to help a few new guys.

Interestingly I noticed him right from his introduction post that was resteemed by @cecicastor. I also recommend you follower her if you want to see a lot of great new users resteemed. She does a great job weeding through the introduceyourself tag and finding the gems. We've been corresponding since his intro post and I've often giving him some pointers along the way, but we have recently formalized the relationship.

He's into beekeeping...obviously, but he's also into homesteading and sustainable living. I also recently found out he's a silver stacker as well. It's pretty cool since we already share alot of interests and hobby's. I don't currently raise bees but it's on our list of the future.

He's a great blogger and writes some really great content, I strongly suggest you check him out. Here's a great one if you want to save some bees and save the world

He's been re active here on steemit for a couple weeks, and his account was first started around 4 months ago. It's great to have people reengaging on the platform and hopefully through this mentorship and other new user support he'll stick around this time. So please head over and give him a follow.

He's a bearded father so we have an instant kinship. If you like seeing my family grow up, I'm sure you'll love seeing his little guy just as much. I mean look at this little cutie.

So these fellows are getting all the help and support they want from me, we have regular chats on discord with any questions or advice they need. It's been going very well and give me more ideas of what the new users are thinking for new post ideas and better ways to help everyone else.

I am also adding them to my autovoter at 50% so it'll help them get a bit of extra support for there posts.

I encourage others to considering mentoring or at least voting and supporting new users, it's very important for long term growth of the platform
