Why is Steemit Restricted by Twitter?

Shortly before 4:30 pm EST on Friday, I logged into my Twitter account to do my due diligence on Steemit, only to find the account to be restricted by Twitter.

Does anyone have any insight as to why?
I was able to access the account, but I didn't notice anything unusual:

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam

      Odd. They were probably hacked.
