well to. answer you questions in two sentences i wil say
1,Grumpycat wanted everyone to obey the reward system but everyone wants to reap it amd disobey.

2 grumpycat tries his best to make them comply to the steem reward rule but his self vote is raping also the reward pool and guilty as charge

so every one has sinned against the steem blockchain, we all sinners
