Well, judging by the graphs, the price is growing a little. And for some reason, it is growing.
In general, I did not want Steemit to suffer the fate of a GOLOS (Russian fork of steemit). Where, due to the greed of the witnesses and others, the platform was divided in two (golos.id and golos.io), and now nobody needs the first or second. Which led practically to the death of both platforms.

yeah, I think this is the main problem with a fork and why I am basically against it. I just hope that this stalemate will be resolved in a good way soon. Thanks for your comment
