What is wrong with steemit?

In the past I have seen so many posts complaining about newbies posting "shit" posts. I have noticed time and time again where "whales" post "shit" posts and make a load of money on it. How is that fair? and Is there anything that can be done about it?

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
