We as STEEMIT are really growing, putting a lot of effort to grow it's popularity and users.
Again the introduction of tribes has changed the whole thing around. Just a couple of years ahead and may be steemit will be under 100 in the Alexa rank.
But for last somedays i was exploring the similar platform and i came across WEKU.
Misty of the way it's similar to STEEMIT, but with really a small users. The content types are even not the best one, more of copies from somewhere in the internet.
They pay with Weku coin, which value is par below when compared with steem coin. The users are mostly from Indonesia.
I don't think it can ever surpass steemit, but you can always have a look at that too.
