There are some early rumbles of bringing Elon to Steemit and STEEM
I stumbled upon this little nugget this morning talking about bringing Elon Musk to steemit.com and steem:

While I don't think this is likely at all, if enough people start talking about it, you never know.
So here's the play, start posting about Elon Musk and steemit.com and steem on twitter etc and lets get his attention!
We never thought justin sun would buy steemit.com and here we are, you just never know what could happen.
You can't buy 100% of steemit. For starters I would not sell my Steem.
And even if you did Steem would not be decentralised any more.
