There's nothing you can do with your steem locked up in Steem power other than be happy you're still accruing interest. The implication is that Steem is spiking right now and will most likely drop soon. Since Steem has proven it's capable of reaching $9, it will most certainly do it again, and it will take less time than the first time. So buy when it's low again and keep a little on hand to sell when it spikes again. However, keep a good amount in Steem power, because you'll want to have been accruing interest while Steem climbs to $20.
