Yea your are right but i think wait little more steem will decrease Because it show that steem is continuously decreasing .If you want to by steem wait little more when it comes to $1.02 the buy steem.
Or if you see it is increasing towards $2.0 then don't wait by it quickly.

That's true but I already bought because I did not want to risk it. 1.50$ is a very good price considering to 8$ and It can easily go up while sleeping :) I can buy some again if it drops below 1$.
