Trick to get the best CAR deals

We all know cars is something we all need around 90% of american house holder and renters have cars.
we all wait for holidays to get the best deals on the new ride either lease or finance, working in retail for over 9 years i spoke to multiple people in retail space on daily bases.

Being in top 5 number rep for multiple years in NY/NJ i know what i am doing when it comes to retail space.
Now after talking to multiple people and owning multiple new and used car i figure out few simple trick to get the best deal on cars .......
1: End of the month is a very desperate time for any retail business specially Car dealership.
2: Rainy day is always a good day since its a slow day.
3: Weekdays is also a good slow day to walk into a dealership.
my best trick is before you walk into a dealership google the dealership and look into the reviews the customer left on their google review page, look for unhappy customers first see who they dealt with , then look into good comments and look for a sales rep name thats mention over and over again.
walk to the front desk and ask for their best sales rep or even browse around to observe and look into the cubicle for their awards.
Reason for looking for their best sales rep is because me as a manager i always let my best guy or girl offer the bottom deal on their own without wasting too much time.
Since they probably hit their goal already now they are just sitting on milking their sales for incentives and bonuses .

make sure you have a number in mind its easy to have that by just googling prices online before walking in a car dealership , you let them know what you have in mind and you can use a latest buyer that rep had as a referral which qualifies you for referral incentive atleast for the Sales rep since they need a good reason to give that discount on the deal.
