You should outline what makes them corrupt. Also, in your opinion, what makes them corrupt as well as the evidence to support your argument.

By the way, Sigmundur resigned when he was named in the Panamar papers in 2016, David Cameron resigned in 2016 after the Referendum voted to leave the EU, and Jayalalithaa died of a heart attack in late 2016.
