Economy and Freedom, that's how I see steemit! So if I were to become the CEO of steemit, I would love to focus and support the two major factors/types of economy on steemit built by distinctively important people that I think were powering and fueling and giving valuation in the system. And to some contributor that promotes freedom and decentralization, taking away the feeling of being regulated, pushed, and abused.

Economy of Money/Stake/Investment- Investing is believing, that's more on steemit that what they perceived as 'gambling or risking' your treasures onto a platform full of discrepancies. There are more good than bad as what I saw, and for believers and stake holders, they believe that the platform will soon own the mainstream of social media. Witnesses maybe the backbone of steemit and it will lead to disablement if witnesses lost the faith theyre holding but stake holders and investors gave most of the rewards and value on every content creators in exchange for their stakes and investments. The value theyre putting into will be the same value I will shower upon on them.
Economy of Attention - This is for content creators who are so enthusiastically motivated to give and get the attention they produced/wanted. From minnows to dolphins to whales and from tiny to larger communities building up relations and connections with each other, they're just simply the raw materials of steemit fueled by trust and faith by the investors and curators in producing the quality and quantity of content creations. The value they get is twice the value I gave to the investors/stakeholders.
Freedom - As what it was stated in the first paragraph, 'contributors that promotes freedom'. These are contributors, content creators, people and communities that embarked their time and dedication in fulfilling goals to free-will. Telling us that there more than what we are experiencing now, decentralization, transparency, innovation, breaking barries and boundaries and many more. The value they will earn will be the same value I put in myself and to steemit as the CEO. They will not have the chance to maximize their full potential as game changers if Steemit doesn't exist at all.

I would kick out CEO. An good algorithm based on Blockchain technology can regulate itself on the principles of fair economics.
There is nothing to do for me as ex-CEO...

Marketing; Steemit Inc. is not a corporation and therefore just a representative for the Steemit Community. That means I would take care of good visability to the public and communication to everyone like Developer, User and Social Media Influencers to boost the Steemit Plattform.
Technology; I would take care that the Steemit Plattform attracts good open source Developers and support them with our own investment budgets for example Utopian.io
Vision: I probably could have also put this one on the top but I think a major work is to create a Vision for the Steemit plattform how it could evolve in the future.

Abundance! - An Abundance of Rewards for all creators and curators

If you're Steemit CEO, what three things about Steemit would you value most?

If I were the Steemit CEO the three things that I would value the most would be People(Steemians, Investors and Witnesses), Blockchain and camaraderie.

First is why People, my first priority would be the people the people of Steemit who have trusted my platform and give their outmost of time here on Steemit especially investors and Witnesses who gave their full of trust. Because without the people of Steemit this platform won't last long running.
Second is the BlockChain without the creation of this technology there will be no cryptocurrency since this serves as the bloodstream of Steemit and other digital currencies around the globe as of now.
Lastly is camaraderie mutual trust and friendship among people who spend a lot of time together in this platform is the key for success we must be united and must build companionship and comradeship among others in the platform

The community and the people - without the people who engage in various activities on this platform, the platform wouldn't be here. So I will value the people of this community like my investment.
Security and Stability of Steemit - A lot of people trust and believe in steemit's dream. So the security of their contents and investment will be my priority.
Every effort by members put in place to make the community grow. Like different challenges organised to engage members, meet-ups, spreading the goodnews of steemit and different projects that's aimed at helping the community last long.

if God will give the opportunity to become CEO but i know its impossible dream but this is the 3 things that i will give the most value

first of all the member of this community. why? because they are the one who is working for the community. if there is no member who is making a content daily this community will become nothing and it will not success.
quality content. why? because it will encourage all the members to create and provide most quality content. i will make a weekly review for all the content and select top 100 - 200 member who have the best and most quality content and give them a good rewards. so that all the members will be inspired .
Plagiarism- why ? members must provide the original works, do not copy other works without being credit to the owner. we must earn everything with our hard works, not the works by others,

This is Awesome ideas(contest), To know their grievance and better suggestions of Steemit bloggers. If I am a CEO of Steemit, i will do better developments and contribution more.

I will introduce the new Voting (slider) bar* to Steemians who having more than 100 Steem power instead of 500 sp. ( that will make them to feel as better and respectable Steemians. They would be never getting panic)
I will introduce the Referral system because, if it is, every Steemian will bring hundreds of new members by that, there will be a lots of funds come in.
Marketing: i will use the marketing resources A to Z that's are available in online and offline worldwide. because marketing process is the vital energy to every business (small or bigger that's not a matter).

The most trickiest challenge so far..:)

Steemit a blockchain social platform and as a CEO of Steemit, my 3 values for steemit would be :

Safety : Account safety would be the prime one. Protecting user account with spam and hacking would be the priority.

2)Good Content : The paradise for the bloggers should always be supported by good content. Making sure, all the good content must be highlighted. It all about socialising in the community with accountable approach.

3)Innovation : Any innovative ideas on the platform that have the potential to take the platform to the peak.

Making connections on the platform because this helps your content gain exposure as well as getting into contact with others that can help you grow. You can also help others grow this way as well.

The first thing would be freedom of speech! You know, there are lot of social network which have political judgement for what the user's writing. And I will not have such judgement.

The second thing is the fairness of the reward system. Which is pretty hard to ensure, as it is always hard to define "fairness", so it is one of the most important thing, but also one of the most hard thing. Which need a very long term effort on it.

The third thing would be the stability of the server, I bet everyone have experienced the previous system down situation and have a lot of bad experience on it!

Most valuable assets on Steemit:

People - talents congregated to do different contribution for the development of Steemit like @utopian-io, @esteemapp, @busy.org and more.
Intellectual Property - Steemit is like a library of contents whereby all written or produced contents were kept permanently on the blockchain.
Access point for new starters about crypto - Steemit is a great place to start and understand about crypto while producing your own contents. It is less intimidating and with enthusiastic people around, ready to help.

As the CEO, I think I will keep on embracing these three values. Empower the first, embrace the second and better the third.

Number # 1 is that steemit is its own economy that recognizes your Anonymous self and it employs a currency that can be exchanged for dollars and in my opinion that's the most valuable thing there is about it.

Second thing that i value most...is that it is a fixed market place that just keeps growing and you have complete access to it depending on your wits and your marketing ideas.

And lastly would be that you can hone your skills as a writer, publisher, artist or literally anything creative ...because you've got the the people who can critique you into Perfection right here at your fingertips all you have to do is participate and for that reason it's to me it's better than any of the other social media platform. -Kayleigh :) :)

If I was the CEO then the most things that I would value on steemit are-

New users- would have taken up the pain to write a pdf draft on everything about steemit and send it via email after the first login of the user. And also would have helped them to build their network.
Content- many people sai this, and yes it's one of the most important thing in steemit. I would have built a team to check out unwanted content (sometimes decentralisation can be bad).
Last and foremost is the building up of cryptocurrency....

But the hardest part of this question? Being the CEO of steemit would cause the platform to go from GREAT to EHHH. One man (or woman) should not have complete control (or most control) let the community shape the tide of Steemit.

SteemitDtube, It allows a person to exploit society and go beyond just writing but also witness vividly in video and believe me Dtube is swift.

Steemit regulates plagiarism; People can not copy paste someones' works and therefore steemit values intellectual property rights

I would definitly value the diverse content produced. I personally dont really like posts without content with just a picture or something but if someone else likes it then that is fine with me!
The quality produced in some posts is pretty amazing!

Well, first the people here that are all over the world, because I saw a post about a person gotten 14 dollars in 1 month on steem, and it equals to her 18 month paycheck (withhout spending) in her country... that's crazy...

second I would appreciate the originality and all of the fundraisers i've seen, because here isn't same on facebook "1 like = 1 prayer" here is 1 like = 1 meal or couple of meals, depends on your VP and SP

third people are connecting in a way most of them never tought was possible, when you get consistent and have a medium follower base, depending on the country you live in, you can be connecting and financially free, and if I was CEO, I wouldn't be more happier than hearing all those stories and knowing what difference I made in the world...

What, this has been going on for days, and only now I am just seeing it?? Huhhhhhhh!!

If I would be CEO of Steemit, what would I value:

I would see Steemians as employees and as in every company, you want to make sure your employees are happy and healthy.

Employees preform better if they feel valued, so make sure that happens. Give them a Christmas bonus at the end of the year, even it is only 1 free Steem or whatever. People enjoy the gesture
Employees preform better if they are healthier. So make sure the dont get sick. In this case I think contentwriters would get 'sick' if they are worked against. So listen to their opinions to improve the format for instance.
Employees need future perspective and updates on companies positions. So be transparent, because employees will preform better if they know how the company is holding up.

So Steemit incorporated needs happy employees AKA contentwriters ;)
Only then they will grow and further investors will follow naturally on that

I would focus more on the marketing aspect of things (promoting what awesome coin steem is- which it really is; what great community we are building and the fact you can learn a lot of stuff on this platform); I would also try to support as much as possible the people who contribute the most to this platform and finally try to add aditional features ( like publishing a post at a set time)
