I once had to write a paper for Economic Philosophy about the claims "Taxation is Theft" and "Property is Theft." In large, hand-drawn letters, I entitled it "STEAL THIS PAPER!!!" I'm sure my professor was amused. (We laughed a lot during breaks.) I also got an A for the substance.

I'm afraid I can't make much claim to originality. Jerry Rubin wrote a book "Steal this Book" about the anarchist Yippies he co-led. He later worked on Wall Street.
