Hi friends today is the last day of the month
COMPLETE IN JESUS
When scripture that cannot be broken declares that each of the team leader is complete in Christ, the implication is that we lack nothing, spiritually, emotionally, physically, and materially to perform in our callings. Our education, training, prayers, fasting are all good christian obligations.
But those are not the source of our completeness. They might contribute towards our growth or maturity in Christ. But suffice it to say without apology that they cannot take the place of the finished work of Christ on the cross of calvary. All the signs and wonders miracles healings soul winning are traceable to
John
19:30 When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.
COLLABORATION WITH THE TEAM LEADER AND FELLOW TEAM PLAYERS IN THE ASSIGNMENT
The kingdom assignment can be likened to a relay race. There should be no competition amongst us the team players within our local assembly, fellowship centre and other denominations at all. Just imagine a situation where a church assembly is already located in the street.
These happens to be a vacant warehouse opposite the local church there and another fellowship team leader needs a vacant space. Should he quickly rush in and occupy that space? My fellow team players can preach very well or sing better than I. There is a "Treasure" God has deposited inside of you that your brother or sister doesn't have.
CHILDREN AND CHURCH GROWTH
(MARK 10:13-15)
The place of children in global harvest and growth of the 21st century church cannot be overemphasized. Children are not hardened and their consciences are tender. Jesus says "suffer the children" that means allow the children to come unto me for of such is the kingdom of heaven! They received the gospel with all simplicity. Winning them implies investing for a great future harvest.
Examples of children who grew up to become very useful in God's hands. These can be traceable to parents who really prayed with fervency and deep concern for the spiritual lives of their children.
1 Wesley's mother - Just a few years before the birth of her son, John Wesley, she made a resolution to spend one hour morning and evening prayer and meditation for him.
- Abraham Lincoln - I remember my mother's prayer and they have also followed me they have clung to me all my life.
3 D. L. Moody - All that I have ever accomplished in my life I own to my mother.
4 Newman Hall, (D. D) - Humanly speaking, my mother is the anchor of my ministry. When I was born she consecrated me to God and prayed that I might be a minister of the gospel. My first memory was sitting on her knee, as a little child as she taught me the text, God so loved the world. I challenge every team player, do no less for children, biological or otherwise.
CHRIST JESUS IS THE ANOINTED ONE
He is in the assignment with the team. There is unction to function in every area assigned to each, and everyone of us. There is an adage that says "we don't carry coal to Newcastle" There is enough anointing (God's grace and empowerment) overflowing in the assignments.
He's ever ready to anoint every team player who hungers after "His righteousness" and give him/her grace where He placed you unless one is wrongly located.
CONCLUSION
Every team player is complete in Jesus. We are mandated by Christ to collaborate with each other as co - labourers. Child evangelism is a must for those who are specifically appointed to such an awesome ministry. Just discover your place in the team and the anointed one will surely and will surely anoint you to functions.

For things to be accomplished, we need to follow the leader, and in these instance the leader is Jesus

CHILDREN AND UPBRINGING
I believe everyone can be good by heart with the proper training.. And how do you train a child? You introduce them to Godly things.. Reading the Bible is one, it's one of the best guides you can get in this world as a whole.
Nice write up @cjsonia
