The Unknown Day and Hour of Messiah’s Return, Vigilance is a Must

No one knows when that day or hour will come—not the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father, Mathew 24:36

Can you imagine what people would have done if Jesus had given us the date of his return? I guess everyone will be prepared and will live right before he comes.

Today a lot of people are paying less attention to what will be happening at the end of days but are so engaged with the affairs of this world and have ignored God’s warnings just as people did in the days of Noah. But just as the flood was came at the time they least expect so as the Messiah's coming will be.

Jesus used the case of Noah to warn us against living carelessly and failing to notice the times.
The people in Noah's time never listebened to him when he preached to them about the rain and flood.

For 120 years the same message was preached but they still remained adamant. Before the flood came, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage right up to the day when Noah went into the ark.

They paid no attention to God's warning and so we're unaware of what was happening until the flood came and swept all of them away. That’s how it will be when the Son of Man comes.

Jesus is coming at the time,hour and day which not known to anyone and it is like as a thief comes upon someone. This is why vigilance is a must for everyone.

So many prophecies have been fulfilled and many signs Jesus spoke about are already haeppining now. They are clues to let us know that the end is near. Let's keep watching as Jesus told us:

“So keep on watching, because you don’t know on what day your Lord is coming. But be sure of this: if the owner of the house had known when during the night the thief would be coming, he would have stayed awake and not allowed his house to be broken into. So you, too, must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour you are not expecting him.”Mathew 24:42-44

We can't live anyhow as the people of this world live. If we are conscious about our end we will be mindful of how we live today. We cannot live as the people of this world who believes the world is not nearing to its end but rather getting better each day.
