Generally when we begin our Christian career, we begin to know the mind of God, however, at all times we can confidently approach him and experience his perfect love.
8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways my ways, says the Lord.
Isaiah 55:8
There are moments of adversity that hit us hard and it is almost normal for us to feel very discouraged, but God's purpose is very different to destroy us, he wants us to stimulate our spiritual growth and development in Christ. God is wise and knows how to use a certain situation to transform us from glory to glory into the image of Jesus Christ.
Every adversity is not foreign to the knowledge of God, it is subject to the permissive will of the almighty. This does not mean that the difficulties are his will but we must understand that if God allows something it is to fulfill his purpose and purely for our good. I understand that the suffering we experience is too terrible and we generally have a limited view of everything that happens around us, we do not fully understand the mind of God or what he does.
God never leaves anything to chance, he knows and understands each of the aspects of our lives, understanding that our vision is limited, we place trust in God, understanding that his plans are not only for you, his plans are for all humanity and we are part of creation. From the beginning of creation times to the end, we may not fully understand the mind of God, but we do have the possibility of intimately knowing his faithfulness and his love for us.
For I know the thoughts I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you the end you hope for.
Jeremiah 29:11
When we discover this truth through his word, when we understand that his ways are only for our good, we must focus on his truth, lean on his knowledge and wisdom, understanding that he has the power for us to cross any adversity. Let us remember that God loves us much more than our minds can conceive, God at all times has an absolutely complete vision of our situation and everything that surrounds us. Doesn't that generate your great trust in the creator?
