DIVINE REVELATION

When a person has an absence of expectation in his life because of not having revelation, several things are provoked in his heart. They become accustomed to the status quo, to a state of conformity, they stay in the place where they are, they abandon themselves to fate, they do not expect anything. They do not know God, so they live with the attitude of "what life brings," "where life leads them." And it is sad to live like that, without desire for change; all they want is help to stay where they are. When a person knows God, that person wants to experience everything about God, he wants changes in his life, and he knows that he has to change first. But when you have no expectation because of God's lack of revelation, you become dependent on others.

In the Bible, we repeatedly see paralytic miracles. In Acts, we see how Peter and John raise a paralytic, and we also see how Paul raises up another. In most of these cases, reference is made to people taking them to certain places. The one who was in the door of the Beautiful, they took him there every day to beg. On one occasion, a paralytic is taken by friends at the feet of Christ; And there is nothing wrong with people taking you, provided it is to the right place. The friends made the broken roof, put it at the feet of Christ, and the man came out with the stretcher in his hand. The problem is when you depend on people taking you all the time to the same place, and there are no changes in your life.

"8 And a certain man from Lystra was sitting, unable to walk, lame from birth, who had never walked. 9 He heard Paul speaking, and fixing his eyes on him, and seeing that he had faith to be healed, 10 he said with a loud voice, "Stand upright on your feet." And he jumped, and walked. "Acts 14: 8-10

This man hears Paul speak, and faith is provoked. Many receive the word and faith is provoked in their lives to be healed; but you can be seated, unable and full of faith, and if you do not stand on your feet, you will not see your miracle. If you have received the word, you need to put yourself on your feet. There are those who have exchanged their dependence; in the world they depend on the world, they become and depend on the church. In the church you are filled with faith, but one day you have to put yourself right on your feet, and know that it does not matter that you were born that way, that your whole life has been unable to move; They have taken you to this place to fill you with faith, get up and start walking towards what God has for your life.

The person who does not have revelation from God, has no expectation, and since he has no expectation, it always depends on others taking it. Your dependence does not come from what man can do, but from the God you serve him who has revealed himself to your life and has said that he is going to do great things in your life.

If something is going to happen in your life, if something is going to wait, there must be anticipation. The revelation what it does is not only to show you who God is, but to create anticipation in your life for the things that are going to happen; and your actions must go in line with the revelation you have, and not with your circumstances. The army of the kings Joram, Jonathan and Edom, began to make ponds in the desert; that showed anticipation. They had to make the ponds first because they were waiting for rain. When you receive revelation from God, not only your expectation rises, but also your anticipation. There can be no real results in your life, if you are not anticipating what you are waiting for. Making the ponds is the anticipation of what has been revealed to you that God is going to do in your life. Do not say that you have revelation if what you are doing is contrary to what God has said he is going to do with you. Do not say that God has told you that you are going to marry, but you are in your house locked up waiting, because the couple will receive it according to your preparation; If you are prepared for a level 2, do not expect a level 15; You have to increase your level of anticipation to wait for another level in your life. Your anticipation is necessary; you have to prepare for what you are waiting for.

On one occasion, they put a professional softball player to pitch for professional ball players, who struck out. It was found that the circumstances put them to think so much about what they have to do, that they were out of focus to anticipate the results they want. Players get used to seeing the pitch in one way, and the key to hitting the ball is to anticipate the launch by thousandths of a second; but that can not be thought.

For this, the batters look at each movement, study each pitcher, stand on the plate thinking that the coach told them they have to make a left or right touch; they know where they are going and anticipate what is coming, but your anticipation is based not on your abilities but on where you want the ball to fall, and everything that is inside you has to adjust to that. All the impossibilities that you have had in your life are because you have been under circumstances that have made you look at yourself and not at the God that you serve; for Him there is nothing impossible. It is not about your abilities, your talent, but where God said you are going to put the ball, whether to the right or to the left; You are going to look at what is coming and you are going to anticipate in order to achieve what God has promised you.

That in your heart today expectation rises, anticipation. God said, through the prophet: Make the ponds because tomorrow it will fill with water. That is anticipation. Tomorrow there is water for your life; Start doing what you have to do, the necessary arrangements for what comes for your life. Do not wait for the water to arrive to do what you should have done in the time of anticipation. Anticipate the good things that God has for your life. Begin to prepare, as the prophet said in the book of Isaiah: Lengthen your stakes, enlarge your tent; the one that did not give birth, the sterile one, that is the one that is going to have children. Get ready, make arrangements, because there is something greater that God has for you.

What you are living is nothing before God. Do not depend on others. Anticipate the good things. You have had revelation of who God is and what He has for you; you can walk with expectation and anticipate because the best is yet to come for you.
