Meaning of blood in the bible?
Blood is the first expiatory element that God reveals to man. From the fall of the human being to the revelation of the glorious future of the Church, we see a constant intervention of God. A thread of scarlet thread all the Scripture, and this thread is blood. We will never achieve fullness, peace of mind, total victory, if we do not understand the powerful mystery of this element. The High Priest of Israel had to enter the Holy of Holies of the temple once a year, to make atonement for the people. To reconcile man with God.
Blood is something that belongs to God and that can not be taken lightly. There is something deep in her that God looks at. Something that God designed within the characteristics of the blood, has its seal, and for this it must be respected. A life is set to save another life! This is the principle of every atoning sacrifice, and it is also the principle through which Christ redeemed us.
Blood is the element where life is found; and it is the origin of this life, which determines the value of it. The Bible states in: (Leviticus 17:11) "For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it to you to make atonement on the altar for your souls; and the same blood will make atonement for the person. "
The content of blood.
1.-In the blood is the life of God.
Life in the blood is represented in the word "Zoe". Everything that breathes and lives has the "Zoe" of God, because this is the vital energy that characterizes every living being. Although the zoe is not the nature of the Most High.
2.-In the blood is the light of God.
(John 1: 3-5) "All things were made by Him and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life and life was the light of men, and darkness did not prevail against it. "
The life of God is liquid light that runs through the veins of Jesus. And this light is visible in the spiritual world, and tremendously feared by darkness. The light in the blood of Jesus is what transforms the spiritual realm, and it takes away all the strength from the devil. The darkness that is the medium in which Satan and his hosts operate, lacks substance. Its definition par excellence is: the absence of light. When we light a light, the darkness automatically ceases to exist.
Just as fish need water to live, the devil needs darkness to survive. Expose the devil in the light of God is the same as taking a fish out of water. He loses all his strength until he dies or in the case of the devil, he is defeated.
3.-In the blood is the love of God.
God is love, and that love was contained in the blood of the Father, who would enter the womb of Mary to beget his Son. Jesus was born bearing the mark of this love that surpasses all understanding. The love that gives everything without reservations. This is the nature of the Father, to give and give inordinately. Meeting the love of God is the door to all that He is, and to all that He possesses. God created man because of love. God needed a being according to Himself, in whom to pour everything pertaining to his essence of love. And that is how we were created to be the most loved by Him.

Love is fullness; Where there is love, there is peace, joy, complete satisfaction. There is no longing, no achievement, no goal that contains all that love provides in the spirit and soul of man. Even the body receives its benefits, filling itself with the health and vital force with which only love vivifies. Love is not a feeling, nor is it something that man can create, because it is of divine origin. Love is a person, it is Jesus come in the flesh. He wants to live through us, and fill the earth with love. He is the Teacher and the provider of perfect love. That is why he said: (John 13:35) "By this the world will know that you are my disciples; in which you love one another as I have loved you. "
The power of Jesus' blood
The blood of Jesus had power because it is linked to the glory of God, it is the tangible and material manifestation of the perfect life of the Father, it was heavenly but at the same time physical, the heavens and the earth were united in it, God and man they had become one through the blood of Jesus.
Benefits of the blood of Christ.
The drinking of his blood makes us a pleasant sacrifice on his altar. It gives us the strength and conviction to love as He loved, to give as He gave, to sacrifice as He sacrificed. When we feel that it is impossible to love someone, the drinking of His blood will change our feelings, and transform our hearts.
Drinking his blood leads us to forgive the unforgivable. When we take the sacrament, and we have not been able to reach the freedom of true forgiveness, the sacrifice of the cross will come between us and that person who caused us so much harm. Jesus, forgiving from the cross, will become flesh in our own being. And not only will we forgive, but we will want to do something beautiful for that person. That is how He loved us and so He also forgave us. The drinking of his blood leads us to see how he sees, in a redemptive way, always seeing possibilities where the natural man has already lost hope.
7 Characteristics of the blood of Jesus.
The characteristics of the blood of Jesus leads us to a level of understanding of the sacrifice that He conquered for us on the cross. Each of these characteristics of the blood of Jesus shows us that I conquer and how we appropriate this truth.
** Spilling of the blood of Jesus.**
The complete work is revealed in every way that the blood was shed, Each of the seven parts of the sufferings of Christ in which his blood was shed, are doors to hidden mysteries that open and reveal themselves in communion with his blood . The cross is an infinite paradise of drops of blood, each one full of light and revelation. The entrance to the heavenly city, to the abodes of the Spirit, to the heavenly places. Thousands of experiences of deep knowledge and revelation, are in front of the believer who finds this master key, and goes through this river of light in his blood.

1.-The Blood in the sweat of his forehead.
The victory over all the pains and sufferings of the soul are in those drops that came out in the sweat of His forehead. The power that submits our will to God's will is also there. We can drink from those same drops, and through that, bend any desire that opposes God. They are drops of blood that take us to unprecedented levels of intercession, and they attract the angels of God to meet us, to help us to die to ourselves, and to pass purification tests, that without their blood and their angels, it would be impossible for us cross. (Luke 22: 42-44) "Father, if you want, this cup passes from me, but not my will be done but yours." And being in agony, he prayed more intensely; and it was his sweat like great drops of blood that fell to the ground. "

2.-The Blood that emerged from the slaps and the sticks that disfigured his face.
It gives us triumph over pride and vainglory, and rescues us from the yoke of contempt and rejection. It gives us the power to endure the humiliation of others, their mockery, and leads us to become similar to Him in the loss of all reputation. To see the heavenly and divine side, which is found when beauty has been destroyed in us, so that it is now its beauty that shines through our being.
When the soul and the spirit are filled with this beauty, it no longer matters what men say about one. Many times, God has asked me to love those who have destroyed me with their mockery and contempt. It is the drinking of this blood that has strengthened my heart to love, and love, and to love again, where the natural man simply does not have the capacity anymore. (Matthew 26: 67-68) "Then they spat on his face, and punched him, and others slapped him, saying: Prophesy to us Christ, who is the one who struck you."

(Isaiah 52:14) "As many were astonished at you, so was their appearance disfigured from men, and their beauty more than that of the sons of men."
3.-The blood that came out when pieces of his beard were torn off.
The beard speaks of priesthood. Through this blood we return to the lost priesthood that allows us to minister before His presence. It is from Jesus' beard that His anointing descends on the whole body, as was the case with Aaron the high priest. (Psalm 133: 2) "It is like good oil on the head, which descends on the beard, the beard of Aaron, and goes down to the edge of his garments."

4.-The Blood that came out of the lashes that tore his back.
From this blood we drink victory over every disease of our physical body. In the same way that Jesus bore our sins, He suffered to carry in our body all our diseases and ailments. Jesus never got sick while on earth. He was a man without sin, and this gave a wonderful protection to his body that the devil could not touch. Satan can only touch fallen nature, because of sin. The prince of evil wanted to destroy Jesus with all kinds of illness, but he could not do it. When on the cross, Jesus covers himself with sin, draws all sickness over him, and leads him to death, through his own death.
This is one of the most powerful things that happened on Calvary, and that gives us the possibility to live a life full of health. A body that is continually washed with the blood of Jesus, will hardly get sick. God is calling us in this generation to enter and possess all that Jesus did for us, through his sacrifice. (Isaiah 53: 4-5) "Surely He bore our diseases, and suffered our sorrows; and we felt him scourged, wounded by God and dejected. But He was wounded for our transgressions, crushed for our sins; the punishment of our peace was upon him, and by his wound we were healed. "

5.-The blood that produced the crown of thorns.
This blood crowned him as King of kings and Lord of lords. He gave him all the victory against the devil's empire. He conquered the government of the land. And this gives us the position of kings, and governing with Christ.
This blood conquered strengths in the spiritual world and in the mind of man. By drinking this blood, we conquer our life of thoughts to come to have the mind of Christ. We appropriate the conscience of Christ. Jesus man believed all that was written about Him. He knew that all that He was in His Spirit, had to invade all His human nature until Jesus became the Christ, in all His being.

He trained His mind to be subject to His Spirit to see Himself for what it really was. The sent Christ, the Son of God. In the same way, through communion with His blood, we let it penetrate our mind, until we literally become all that is written that we are (2 Corinthians 10: 5) "taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (by means of the weapons that are of the Spirit). "
(Matthew 27: 29-30) "And they put on his head a crown woven of thorns, and a reed in his right hand; and kneeling before him they mocked him, saying, Hail King of the Jews and spitting on him, he took the reed and beat his head. "
6.-The Blood that came out of the wounds caused by the nails.
From this blood we obtain the triumph over iniquity, over sin, over the crooked and deviated walk of our steps. This blood opens paths of righteousness, and restores the paths of our destiny. Open the roads to take the Gospel where there is no path, no way to get there. (Isaiah 53:11) "By his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many, and bear their iniquities." It is the blood that also heals the earth contaminated with our iniquities.

7.-The Blood that came out of his side to be pierced by the Spear.
This gives us access to the Holy of Holies, it is the one that opens the heavens, and takes us into the heart of God. (John 19:34) "But one of the soldiers opened his side with a spear and immediately blood and water came out."
When God gives us the privilege of opening His heart to us, we will understand His compassion in a way that will become part of our being. When the sharp edges of sin Tear, we will be sensitized to the deep pain He feels, we will be imbued with a mercy, which can only come from God. We will understand that in the heavenly places there are different levels of seeing and experiencing God, from the clear and beautiful manifestation of the face of Jesus, to the unfathomable regions of his glory where Moses entered hidden inside the rock. Through his blood, and longing to be conformed to the heart of God, it is as He reveals to us the heavens and the priceless riches of His kingdom.
Source
The communion with the blood of Jesus will lead us to know him intimately, and he will transform us so that we can penetrate the most sensitive parts of His heart. This is one of the greatest privileges that a human being can aspire to, since God will only open this part of his being to those he considers his wife. She is the one who yearns for Him above all things, the one who goes wherever He goes. The one that follows him for what he is and not for that with which he can bless her.
Among His disciples, only John had the grace to reach this depth. He loved him more than any of the others. It continued to the cross, while the others hid out of fear of losing their own lives. Juan did not care about the fear infused by the Roman army. He just wanted to be close to his beloved. Juan wanted to tell him with his presence and with his look: "you are not alone, I am with you until the end; And if being here costs my life, I'll gladly die by your side. "
What we have to understand here is that the work of the cross is absolute. What Jesus did, he did once and forever. But we are responsible for appropriating each part conquered by Jesus on Calvary.

If he lives struggling to get away from sin, it is due to a strong presence of iniquity in his life. The solution is to take the step of repenting, longing with all your heart that the power of God will free you and transform you. This determination of the heart, together with the power of the blood and flesh of Jesus, will give the believer the total victory.
My dear brothers we value what Jesus did for us, we are not any person, for our life we pay a high price, that blood that gives us peace, blood that purifies us, blood that redeems us, precious blood, the blood of Jesus !
How much I love you Jesus, my desire is You my moment of love
the joy of living Blessed Jesus
You are my source of love
you are air and you are sun
the beating of the heart Blessed Jesus!
Ephesians 1:7 says that, “In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace.” Because of Christ’s shed blood, God is able to forgive us for our sins and give the punishment that we deserved to Christ.
Christ had a special way of explaining this to his disciples during the Last Supper, which also was the Passover meal celebration.
He said, “For this is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins” (Matthew 26:28). He was telling His disciples that just as the blood of the lamb delivered the Hebrews from the night of terrors in Egypt, so Christ’s own blood would deliver the people who were covered by it from the judgment of God on the last day.
This truth is expressed beautifully in the hymn, “Nothing But the Blood”
What can wash away my sin?
Nothing but the blood of Jesus;
What can make me whole again?
Nothing but the blood of Jesus.
Oh! Precious is the flow
That makes me white as snow;
No other fount I know,
Nothing but the blood of Jesus…

Great message apostle Darlenys. Without the blood of Christ, we can not have a relationship with the heavenly Father. Because God is holy, our sin blocks any possibility of relationship with Him. But, through His love, the Lord set in motion a process of reconciliation. The precious blood of Jesus offers everything we need to get close to the Father.
On purpose beautiful logo, congratulations to @edxserverus for the great work.

When the blood hit the earth the earth quaked! His blood speaks a better thing than the blood of Abel! This blood still takes the vilest of sinners, like myself and make them perfectly clean!
Wow Sister! As usual, great, in-depth, wonderful, detailed, biblical teaching on the blood. In Leviticus when the priest cleansed the leper. This sickness representing sinful man. He put a drop of blood on the thumb, the big toe, and the right ear lobe of the leper. He pronounced the leper clean. Then the priest put anointing oil on the same place as the blood. On the big toe, the thumb and the right ear lobe. Where there is no blood there can be no oil
Lev 14:28 And the priest shall put of the oil that is in his hand upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot, upon the place of the blood of the trespass offering:
As always I am blessed by your teachings!
Thank you!
Daddy William

The blood of our Lord Jesus Christ not only redeems believers from sin and eternal punishment, but "His blood purifies our conscience from dead works to serve the living God" (Hebrews 9:14). This means that not only are we now free to offer sacrifices, which are "useless" to obtain salvation, but we are free to depend on the useless and unproductive works of the flesh to please God. Because the blood of Christ has redeemed us, we are now new creatures in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17), and by His blood we are freed from sin to serve the living God, to glorify Him, and to enjoy Him for an eternity.

It is because of the blood of Jesus Christ that we have the great privilege of pouring our hearts out to God (Psalm 62:8) casting our cares on Him (1 Peter 5:7) and praying any time and any place in the power of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:18).
Through the blood of Christ, Christians receive the cleansing of their consciences. Hebrews 9:14 says, “…how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without blemish to God, purify our conscience from dead works to serve the living God.”
