Been following up with steemchurch since the day I joined steemit and I have shown great interest in the development of the church and I must say the church is realy moving forward and everyday new members are welcomed to the church and they are all celebrated.
With honour I must truly appreciate the one man behind the #steemchurch whose name is no other than @sirknight. What a true man, true in dedication, true in consistency, true in love, true in good heart, true in kindness, true in persistency and true in helping. With the rate of high members available in the #steemchurch, this one true man @sirknight has taken his time to know most of the steemchurch members. A man who daily gives time to commending on people's effort through commenting endlessly on their posts and encouraging each and everyone.

HISTORY:
#steemchurch which is the first church of the block chain was established in the year 2017, the month of December which is the last month of the year and the day 11th, (11-12-2017) on the order of the great knight @sirknight. He titled the church fully as: THE HOLY CHURCH OF CRYPTOGRAPHY, BLOCKCHAIN, AND STEEM, whose by it short title known as STEEMCHURCH, and with account name as @steemchurch.

These below @sirknight said which I took for a vision for the #steemchurch.

'As our ancestors did in the past, we must again embrace the values and virtues of Christianity and refocus on our family, our community, our humanity.'

'And we must fight - we must fight against corruption, against central banking, against big government, against consumerism and against debt and tax enslavement'.

After the establishment of the #steemchurch, the nobel, honourable yet humble @sirknight started the search of the 12 APOSTLES of the blockchain in the STEEMIT REALM. Today, we have 8 Apostles of the first ever church of the block chain.

Before I start the introduction of the Apostles, I would like to talk about posts on the #steemchurch. Many have long abused the tag #steemchurch and I think that is reducing these days. @sirknight has always opened the church for everyone to come in through their posts and not only does he appreciate members post, he is always moved with QUALITY POSTS. He has every now and then emphasized on the brothers and sisters to post quality to the steemchurch, by then your reputation remains.
Remember; Quality matters in everything you do in life not only in steemchurch. Every one appreciates QUALITY.

THE INTRODUCTION OF THE APOSTLES.

In the #steemchurch, we have 8 apostles and 4 more to go. We have seven male apostle and a female apostle which soumds interesting. By dedication, hardwork, consistent, love for the church and many other qualities, these 8 apostles have been distinguished. I have been following the 8 apostles up and their dedications is of no meet, they have been up and doinh to deliver a great but quality post to the church and they have been helping @sirknight and @steemchurch grow in their little way which I have seen. I take time to check on the apostles, checking on them I mean their blogs and they are realy ones to call leaders. Also taking out their time to resteem and comment on as many post as they could. Let get to know the apostles.

• FIRST APOSTLE: @tremendospercy
  Title - THE VALIANT.
  He was the first to comment on the post the #steemchurch was earlier introduced two months ago and a representative of the steemchurch, empowered to spread the message.

• SECOND APOSTLE: @gniksivart
  Title- THE JUST.
  He is also empowered to spread the message to living souls.

• THIRD APOSTLE: @tikhub
  Title: THE INSIGHTFUL

He has eloquently detailed the love that God had for mankind and the sacrifices He made for our freedom. Apostle Tikhub will deliver unto us regular biblical discussion on steemchurch.

He has always been consistent in delivering daily passages to us and has also helped with some designs on the crusade for freedom.

• FOURTH APOSTLE: @abiye
  Title: THE HUMBLE.
  He is a poultry farmer from nigeria. @abiye has been a good content and quality post writer on the steemchurch and has also helped with great designs to support the steem church.

• FIFTH APOSTLE: @prime-cleric
  Title: The spiritual.
  A Commander of the Ecumenical Order of Christ. He is an expert in the bible, Torah and canon interpretation.

• SIXTH APOSTLE: @jaff8
  Title: The pure.
  He is a consistent man and an apostle with quality comments like a lighthouse. I should say a little about this apostle. @jaff8 consistency is like that of a robot. When ever I go to comment on a post, he has already been there to say one or two things and I keep wondering how fast this guy could have been. Weldone @jaff8 the commenter.

• SEVENTH APOSTLE: @owoblow-steemit
  Title: THE RIGHTEOUS.
  Before owoblow became an apostle, I have been following him up and seeing his great contents on steemchurch, I know he is a persistent fellow. He is hardworking following series of his submission to the church.
  He has been given greater responsibilities compared to other apostles. He is responsible for building the entire back end of the administrative infrastructure of the church. His blog is of great contents.

• EIGHTH APOSTLE: @darlenys01
  Title: THE BOLD.
  Here comes the female apostle of the block chain, a designer and a quality content write.

She is brave and yet forgiving. She is forthright with forthsight and she will be a true architect in the future of steemchurch.

Those are the 8 apostles of the #steemchurch and will try and keep everyone updated by the time the other apostles are revealed.

MY SUGGESTION TO THE GROWTH OF THE CHURCH.
I have always wondered about ways by which steemchurch can grow and I have come out with two suggestions.

• EFFECTIVE PRAYERS AND FASTING.
  A Church without effective prayer is like we not knowing the God we are serving. I suggest the leader of the church in the order of @sirknight to pick up a day in the week or in a month where by few prayer points should be drafted out for every member of the steemchurch to partake and it could also go with fasting.

• MONTHLY THEME.
  I suggest a theme be released month by month by which we can learn and exhaust a topic given to the church by our leader.

• FELLOWSHIP WITH MEMBERS
  A day should be put aside in a month where by our leader talks about different topics related to God and members will share their views in the comment of the particular post. With this, we get to know one another more and introducing CONTEST amongst members in the comment of the post will also be a nice one which will help us more to know our bible and know more about our God.
